What We Do
Community Action and Development Agency (CADA) is a South Sudanese nonprofit organization, officially registered with the South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) as a National NGO under the Constitution.
We are committed to delivering emergency medical services, cultivating sustainable livelihoods, ensuring food security, inspiring hope, and empowering communities.
Our initiatives focus on:
- Supporting youth, women, and children
- Promoting human and animal health
- Strengthening resilience across communities in South Sudan

Empowering Communities for Sustainable Development
CADA is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in South Sudan through health, education, and sustainable initiatives.
Our mission focuses on empowering vulnerable populations by providing essential services and fostering community resilience.

Emergency medical care
CADA provides emergency medical services to vulnerable people across South Sudan, ensuring timely access to lifesaving care in crisis situations. Our teams respond to urgent health needs by:
- Delivering primary and emergency treatment in underserved communities
- Supporting maternal and child health during emergencies
- Addressing outbreaks and trauma cases with rapid interventions
- Extending care to both human and animal health, recognizing their vital role in community resilience
Through these efforts, we aim to reduce preventable deaths, strengthen community health systems, and bring hope to those most at risk.

Education Support Initiative
CADA is committed to expanding access to education for vulnerable and displaced people across South Sudan. We believe that education is a pathway to dignity, opportunity, and long‑term resilience.
Our Mission & Values
CADA is dedicated to delivering sustainable humanitarian services in health, education, and WASH. We empower vulnerable populations to live with dignity and hope, fostering positive change in their communities.
At CADA, we uphold integrity, compassion, inclusivity, and transparency in all our initiatives. These values guide our commitment to empowering communities and ensuring accountability in our services.
Transparency & Stewardship
We treat every donation, whether it’s a single coin in a collection jar or a seven-figure grant, with the same rigorous care. Detailed impact reports, quarterly independent audits, and real-time project dashboards allow supporters to trace each dollar from receipt to result.
By publishing success metrics and setbacks side-by-side, we make room for honest dialogue, faster course-corrections, and deeper trust between our team, our partners, and the communities we serve.
Inclusive Collaboration
As a newly established National NGO in South Sudan, CADA is committed to building partnerships rooted in inclusivity, respect, and shared vision. We believe that lasting change comes through collaboration — working hand‑in‑hand with communities, government institutions, international organizations, and local partners.
Our approach to inclusive collaboration means:
- Listening to communities and ensuring their voices guide our programs.
- Partnering with NGOs, donors, and institutions to strengthen impact and sustainability.
- Promoting equity and participation so that youth, women, and marginalized groups are fully involved.
- Fostering transparency and trust in all our relationships.
Through these partnerships, CADA strives to create collective solutions that empower communities, inspire hope, and build resilience across South Sudan.
Lifelong Service
we believe service to communities is not a one‑time act but a lifelong commitment. As a newly established National NGO in South Sudan, our mission is to stand with vulnerable and displaced people through every stage of their journey from crisis response to long‑term recovery and resilience.
